Our Aim

Little Butterflies Day Nursery aims to provide its children with a safe, secure, happy, healthy and stimulating environment. We offer a child-center approach where children are encouraged to develop their creativity, individuality and self-confidence in secure surroundings, led by fully trained staff who have a real rapport with the children in their care.

Children need to feel a sense of security and belonging when they are away from their parents, and this is the key to our philosophy. We strive to ensure that all children feel happy, relaxed and safe, and encourage them to feel confident in co-operating and developing good relationships with the adults caring for them and with the other children in the group.

Our friendly, experienced and capable staff are the backbone of the nursery and are one of the main reasons parents choose our nursery. Little Butterflies Day Nursery has a commitment to staff training and provides a high quality induction and ongoing training for its staff.

In addition to holding appropriate childcare qualifications, staff is trained in health and safety, first aid and basic food hygiene. They are encouraged to extend, improve and update their training and qualifications with Little Butterflies full support.
